The School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics is educating the world’s next doctors, scientists, and mathematicians. We offer more than 30 undergraduate and graduate programs — all with tactile research labs and comprehensive curricula to prepare students for lifelong career advances. Our six departments are: biological sciences, chemistry & biochemistry, geosciences, mathematics, physics, and science & mathematics education.

Faculty members compete at the national level for sponsored research. Graduates go on to pursue careers at colleges and universities as well as in industrial, medical, public health, environmental and governmental organizations.
