In 2014, the Office of Undergraduate Education created the Undergraduate Success Scholars (USS) program to increase the enrollment, success, and graduation of participating underrepresented minority students. USS provides enrichment programming and a guided pathway to graduation for participants. Students have the unique opportunity to:
- Receive mentorship
- Attend monthly workshops that address financial, academic, and personal needs
- Participate in advanced leadership experiences and opportunities.
Since its launch, the Undergraduate Success Scholars program has grown from supporting 75 students to more than 300 students. Now, in its fifth year, active participant five-year graduation rates are projected to exceed 90%. Your gift to support Undergraduate Success Scholar programming, no matter the size, contributes to minority student success and graduation.
