Dr. Gopal Gupta Undergraduate Scholarship in CS

Dr. Gopal Gupta Undergraduate Scholarship for Computer Science established by ACM 2020  


The Dr. Gopal Gupta Fellowship in CS Fund at UT Dallas is a scholarship that provides financial support to outstanding graduate students pursuing a undergraduate degree in computer science at the University of Texas at Dallas. The Scholarship is named after Dr. Gopal Gupta, a distinguished professor of computer science at UT Dallas who has made significant contributions to the field of programming languages and logic programming.


The scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen at UTD who have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation who are active in UTD organizations that promote computer science and software engineering. Recipients of the scholarship receive financial support to cover tuition and fees, as well as access to mentorship, networking opportunities, and other resources to support their academic and professional goals. 

 
 As a tribute to their mentor, Dr. Gopal Gupta, ACM established this scholarship endowment, your gift today will increase the impact of his legacy and its impact on UTD students.
