Herbert D. Weitzman Institute for Real Estate

The Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas has developed an innovative real estate program at both the undergraduate and graduate levels to prepare the next generation of leaders to meet the unique demands of the commercial and residential industries. 

At the Herbert D. Weitzman Institute for Real Estate the Real Estate Investment Management program curriculum prepares students to enter the real estate industry by teaching the fundamentals of real estate and leading industry technology applications such as ARGUS and CoStar to perform financial and market analysis to analyze investments.

Funding priorities include:

  • Supporting the Real Estate student organization
  • Creating new scholarships for students
