Center for Values in Medicine, Science, and Technology
The UT Dallas Center for Values in Medicine, Science, and Technology seeks to understand, evaluate, and improve the ethical and cultural influences on and the implications of science, technology, engineering, and medicine. The center is driven by several key ideas:
The cornerstone of the Center for Values’ outreach is a public lecture series that brings in leading scholars, authors, and related authorities to investigate topics at the intersection of technology and the humanities. Your support for the Center for Values in Medicine, Science and Technology will provide support for these important lectures and other important programs within the Center.
Our goal for Comets Giving Day include: underwriting a speaker in our Annual Lecture Series, underwriting a keynote address at our Annual Conference, and supporting graduate research affiliates.
