International Center

The International Center brings the world to UT Dallas and UT Dallas to the world.

We provide access to quality international education that impacts all of UT Dallas by building and cultivating strategic partnerships locally and abroad, supporting the success of international students and scholars, and developing safe and meaningful opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to interact with peers and colleagues across the globe.

The UT Dallas International Center is organized administratively into three major offices: International Education, International Students and Scholars, International Initiatives, and the Passport Office.

The International Center is fundraising for four initiatives this year: the International Student Emergency Fund, International Education, International Initiatives, and the Passport Office.

International Student Emergency Fund

At the International Students and Scholars Office, we bring our campus to the world and the world to our campus. That's why the success of all our International students is important.

We recognize that some international students face unexpected barriers to success. Our fundraising efforts aim to provide some support to support your success.

Fundraising goals include:

  • Raise enough for 20 specific grants
  • Assist 5 students with the cost of certain USCIS applications, including Severe Economic Hardship, Reinstatement to F-1 Status, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and OPT applications
  • Raise $2,500 for critical immigration applications
  • Disburse emergency funds in 2024 for up to 15 students facing financial hardship

International Education

The Office of International Education is raising money towards the Education Abroad fund, which was established to support UTD Dallas students participating in a UTD faculty-led international education experience.

International Initiatives

The Office of International Initiatives' is committed to global excellence extends beyond borders. Through our International Initiatives, we strive to embrace global perspectives and fosters cross-cultural understanding.

Your support enables us to provide scholarships and funds to empower students to pursue their academic goals, participate in transformative experiences, and contribute to a brighter, more interconnected world. Join us in making a difference and shaping the future of global education at UTD. Together, we can inspire, empower, and uplift students from around the globe.

Passport Office

UTD's Passport Office encourages individuals to give the gift of travel and worldwide opportunities by donating to our fund, which will then be dispersed to eligible students to assist them in getting their passports.
