The Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance is the go-to governance group for managers, boards and stakeholders of public entities, private companies and nonprofit organizations.

The institute:

•Connects the dots for managers, boards and stakeholders

•Assists organizations in building better governance systems

•Serves as a thought leader in corporate governance

Funds raised would be used to:

• Provide annual operating support for the Institute

• Expand the reach of the Institute into the governance community through ongoing education and the rollout of the new model for corporate governance

• Further connect the governance community with resources available through UT Dallas’ extensive research network
