3D Studio

The 3D Studio at ATEC explores Art, Design, and Technology through intensive project-based studio practice. The Studio combines applications of modern technologies with the tools and approaches of traditional studio practice to create compelling and socially relevant installations. Projection mapping, sound design, lighting, 3D computer modeling, animation, digital imaging techniques, and video editing are the primary techniques used to produce immersive experiences. Undergraduate, graduate, and alumni who work on projects are known as the 3D Studio Lightsquad. These artists work individually and/or in teams to create unified compositions and immersive projects.

Your investment supports the work of the 3D Studio and delivers visual experiences that are technically compelling and socially relevant.
