Geosciences

The mission of the Department of Geosciences is to deliver a challenging, stimulating, and useful education in geosciences to undergraduates and graduates at all degree levels and to add to our understanding of the Earth through the research of students, faculty, and staff.

Our programs provide a challenging curriculum that is relevant to today’s career prospects and the opportunity to study with internationally renowned faculty members. Students will benefit from strong research programs, a high-tech infrastructure and a full program of convenient evening academic courses.
