This year’s Dean’s Initiative will focus on one of Dean Stephanie G. Adams’ priorities for the Jonsson School – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Your gift will help establish programs and training to cultivate diversity and inclusion, and encourage a culture of belonging within the Jonsson School.
For Comets Giving Day, lets COMETogether to create a more equitable world for our students by funding initiatives that include:
- The Dean’s Fellows Program to provide a leadership development experience for faculty members within the Jonsson School who lead initiatives specifically focused on promoting a diverse, welcoming and inclusive environment for students, faculty and staff;
- A schoolwide Diversity Committee composed of faculty, staff, students and external supporters to create and sustain a forum for school-level dialogue on issues directly related to diversity, inclusion, and belonging;
- Professional diversity training for Jonsson School students, faculty and staff; and
- Support for hosting of diversity-and inclusion-focused special events, lectures and programs led by the Jonsson School Development and Alumni Relations team.
