Donate to the UT Dallas Women Employee Resource Group (ERG) to allow us to bring speakers to UT Dallas and provide other professional development opportunities for women faculty and staff.

The UT Dallas Women ERG works to facilitate an environment of advocacy and belonging where women employees can flourish while advancing the mission of UT Dallas through:

Developing awareness of contributions of women to UT Dallas,
Providing and supporting programs that contribute to the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women at UT Dallas,
Serving as a safe networking and communications channel for women employees of UT Dallas, and
