Who We Are
UTDserv is the community engagement program within the Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas. Our mission is to cultivate a culture of service by connecting students, faculty and staff with meaningful opportunities to support and collaborate with nonprofit organizations and community partners.
Through volunteer initiatives, leadership development and service-learning experiences, UTDserv empowers students to become engaged citizens who contribute positively to their communities during their time at UT Dallas and beyond.
Our Impact
Since launching in 2017, UTDserv has helped build a strong culture of service within the Jindal School community.
• Students have contributed over 450,000 hours of community service.
• UTDserv volunteers have partnered with more than 5,000 nonprofit and community organizations.
• More than 10,000 students have participated in service experiences while working toward completing 100 hours of community engagement before graduation.
Through programs such as large-scale service days, leadership initiatives and collaborative volunteer projects, UTDserv continues to expand opportunities for students to make a meaningful difference in the community.
