We are a student organization that strives to unite students, staff and supporters of African heritage to celebrate our diverse backgrounds and discuss our experiences as members of the African diaspora on campus.
What you are fundraising for: 
We are fundraising for general operations of the organization such as general body meetings, social events, etc.
Why is your group important at UT Dallas:
Our organization provides a home-away-from-home for those of the African diaspora. From those who are here in the U.S. for school to those who are children of African immigrants, this is a space to connect with our community and celebrate our heritage on campus. We also provide a space for everyone, regardless of background, to learn about different cultures throughout the continent.
