Who we are
We are a community of students, faculty, and staff dedicated to helping aspiring lawyers achieve their goals. Our program provides students with one-on-one advising services, programs, events, workshops, and opportunities for experiential learning and professional development.
At UT Dallas, we believe that the Pre-Law Advising Center can make all the difference in the success of our students. We are committed to helping our students develop the skills, knowledge, and experience they need to excel in law school and beyond.
What we're fundraising for
Your contributions enable us to provide invaluable resources, such as law school application subsidies, opportunities for students to attend various sessions with law school representatives and law firms, and support for UT Dallas LSAT Prep Courses. Additionally, your support allows us to empower our students through three nationally recognized advocacy teams – Mock Trial, Moot Court, and Mediation – and ten (grown from three) student organizations - Women Pursuing Law, John Marshall Pre-Law Society, National Black Law Students Association, Law and Trial Association, Muslims in Law, Business Law, UTD Undergraduate Law Review, South Asian Students Law Association, Latinos in Law, and Youth for Innocence.

At the Center, our value extends beyond providing academic guidance to legal education students. Through our work, we aim to foster a community of learners who are committed to advancing justice and equality, and who will use their legal training to address the pressing issues facing our society. By helping our students develop critical thinking skills, ethical reasoning, and a deep understanding of the law, we are preparing them to become change-makers who will shape the future of the legal profession.
Our work has a profound impact on our campus and the broader community. Our students go on to attend top law schools and secure positions in prestigious legal firms and public interest organizations, where they are able to use their education to effect positive change.
