Who we are
The Black Faculty and Staff Alliance (BFSA) works to help foster a welcoming and supportive work environment with a particular focus on Black and African American employees and students. Through a dedicated network of professionals, BFSA leads initiatives that encourage connection, growth, and engagement across the campus community.
Our efforts are designed to help employee members thrive and reach their fullest potential across opportunities for learning, collaboration, and professional advancement at UT Dallas.
Membership in BFSA and participation in BFSA programs and activities are open to all university employees regardless of background or identity. The University of Texas at Dallas is an Equal Opportunity University.
